A key union responsibility is securing better wages and conditions through bargaining. With the IEU launching a major campaign in the Victorian Catholic sector and supporting independent school members to achieve competitive wages and conditions, now is the time to sharpen your skills. This one-day course equips you to navigate bargaining challenges, engage members, amplify their voice, and drive meaningful workplace and wage improvements through an Enterprise Agreement.

Key Skills

  • Enterprise Bargaining Readiness – Preparing members to influence outcomes in both Catholic and independent sectors through early engagement and collective input.

  • Strengthening Professional Voice – Empowering educators to articulate workplace priorities and shape meaningful improvements.

  • Campaigning to Win – Building powerful, shared messages and strategies that mobilise support and create momentum.

  • Driving Member-Led Change – Creating opportunities for members to actively contribute to the next agreement through motions, petitions, and collaborative action planning.
