Bargaining 101 (online)

This short session is a must-do for any IEU member involved in or planning to take part in enterprise bargaining negotiations.

Bargaining 101 introduces enterprise bargaining, covering the negotiation process, and the development of a log of claims based on key issues such as wages and working conditions. The session also examines the roles of staff representatives in the bargaining process.
